Which advantage has the ONKYO Universal Port?
The Universal Port makes it possible to simultaneously transmit audio, video and control signals via a single connector (and a single cable) – without having to define a specific task.
E.g. use the Universal Port to connect your iPod or iPhone with the receiver via the docking station in no time at all.
Upgrade your system any time at a later date by adding new functions that you might not have thought of at the time of your purchase - and rest assured in the knowledge that you can add more to your system in the future as well.
